What is the network? How networks work?

     There is no doubt that one of the important things in life is the information. At the last centuries, numbers of people which use the internet network have been increasing. We always relate to the network because of getting more information and communicating with each other. People often use the network at work and home. So we need to know more things about the network and how we use it.

    First of all, I want to write definition of the network. The network is connecting computers together and they can share data with each other. And all computers connected to the internet at the same time. The computers on a network may be linked through cables, telephone lines and radio waves. There are many types of computer networks, including the following: local area networks, wide area networks, campus area networks and home area networks.

  Generally, we can be understood by simple way about how network works. Networks work same as our central nervous system of the human body. At the top of the network is the brain that handles all the traffic coming through. The brain is connected to the spine and signals throughout the network. It is same as the network’s router and switch. The router connects to the switch which distributes signals to all computers and devices via network cables.

   As we know the details of the network, computer networks can be very easy to use. A router is the main source of the network. It manages tons of information on computers and devices. A router has a smart little computer inside that identifies all of the computers and devices on the networks and also connects to the internet outside our home via modem.

  Finally, we can get a lot of information with using network at home and work. The network is similar to human nervous system. And the router is similar to human brain.
